(incl a half day photo session, 40 digital images for web and social media & marketing).
Stories:
I had two sessions with Mari and for this session we wanted to capture beautiful images of Mari in the outdoors – by the water and in the forest, to tell a story of who she is and to create a feeling of harmony and mindfulness. Naturally, her dog was an important part of her session.
Focus:
To capture a feeling of calm, inner-peace, nature
Target audience:
People who are stressed och/or experience pain – physical and mental. They meet Mari for treatment and therapy sessions and training to get tools to treat their problems in a forgiving and empathic way. She helps them find their own inner strength, light and competence to live their best life. Mari’s studio is an oasis for her clients who feel that they can really be themselves, regardless of whether they are in a group or by themselves.

Capturing different brand stories
I’ve had two brand photo sessions with Mari. For one session we wanted to capture the calm, warm, harmonious environment that she works in. The result of this is that her potential clients can feel inspired and comfortable making a booking for any of her treatments and sessions.
When you meet Mari you are completely embraced by her warmth and calm energy. So I knew I wanted to capture this. I was so excited about including her local, natural environment to enhance this feeling and I wanted her to have images that captured a feeling of calm and harmony and that told more about who Mari is as a person.
A dreamy session by the sea
Nynäshamn is incredibly beautiful and provided the perfect backdrop. The colours were clean and harmonious, which will be perfect for her website and Instagram feed. Mari’s most dominant brand colour is green, so I wanted to include this in these brand photos.
I always encourage my clients to include tools they use in their work (such as a computer, planner, or in Mari’s case, her Tibetan meditation bowls), and places and even pets and people that are an important part of their story.
So as well as her meditation bowls, her gorgeous dog played an important role in her photos and we included a visit to her magical circle of rocks which is her source of energy and strength, the ocean and the forest.
